Callie recommended to try this place out and I am so glad I did!! Cass was so much fun to get you pumped up for a morning workout with a great group of people! Can’t wait to go back! I've been fortunate enough to be able to use Dr Bri and Flytta for a couple of my health issues. Her knowledge and compassion are what made me go back for a problem with my back after she helped me with a pinched nerve in my neck. Dr Bri saw me on very short notice to give me a consult before I left for a month long trip. Her therapy and exercises helped make my trip a sucess! My back problem has been more complicated but Dr Bri has helped me not only with therapy and exercises, but also with explanations of my medical tests that I can understand and helping me with a plan to go forward. I can't say enough about my positive expertise with both Dr. Bri and Christian. I met and talked with Dr. Bri at a work health fair and after suffering with lower back pain for years I figured I would give her a try. Brianna is a very knowledgeable and caring physical therapist.  She is extremely skilled in her dry needling technique, listens, and develops a plan that fits the individual and their lifestyle.  I had a chronic hamstring issue that I had been dealing with for months, and after working with Brianna, I am pain-free and back to normal activities! Flytta Physio is a great place to receive personalized physical therapy care. Brianna pays such close attention to individual needs and does an excellent job describing exercises and plans for future care. I have seen definite improvement in the areas we targeted for my care, as well as decreased pain that was associated with my problem areas. I was very pleased with how welcoming and caring Brianna was during our PT consult. Even though I cannot receive services due to my insurance limitations it was wonderful to learn about what PT could do for me in my laborious career, as it is not just for those who have physical injuries.
